Effluent Irrigation Management Plan Develop an Effluent Irrigation Management Plan (EIMP) for all land on which NCMC proposes to use, or is currently using for effluent irrigation, including the Crittenden and Pedrinis properties. The EIMP must detail how effluent will be managed, consistent with the Environmental Guideline ‘Use of Effluent by Irrigation DEC 2004/87’, (the Guideline). The EIMP must include details of: The volume and quality of effluent to be irrigated, including captured leachate from fuel stockpile areas; Practices to be used to deliver appropriate irrigation scheduling; Records to be retained in relation irrigation scheduling; Monitoring regimes for effluent volumes and characteristics; and Representative monitoring locations and frequencies for surface water, groundwater, soil and crop nutrients, including anolytes. This final draft EIMP is to be submitted to the EPA by COB 29 February 2016. NOTE: The final draft EIMP was submitted to the EPA on 17 February 2016. The EIMP is being reviewed by the EPA prior to finalisation of this PRP.
